blessings and lagging.

so i am sitting here thinking, i am really blessed. in a scary sort of way. its a Saturday morning, i am enjoying my second cup of coffee on a comfy couch, studying for a trip to Europe where i will be teaching 18 year olds for six nights of a 10 day trip and listening to the outpouring of a good friends many talents wondering why i am so loved.

let me explain. i live in my girlfriends parents basement, and its a huge blessing. not only to have someone i love and thank god for daily... at least most days. ha, just kidding! but to also have a place to live and save up some money for school and moving to Denver in august. so I'm sitting here studying the word for a trip to the Czech republic and we leave in a week! ill be teaching 6 sessions on fundamentals of our faith and doing my best to help the spirit in equipping these students for a lifetime of submission to God (which really is the only way to go). So that should be sweet.

and she is a genius and one of the wisest people i know so if you need help get on that. how cool is it that my mom is someone who wants to help others like that... its just plain cool.

tyler, the saucy redhead on the right, aka the orange goodness; is someone who i love and s a VERY gifted songwriter, guitar player, speaker, athlete, blah blah blah.... he beats me in everything except putt 'n swim (its actually quite frustrating, but i love him nonetheless, one on one bball rematch in the ark, last week of july, bring your a game sucka). back to the point, ever since he started making music i have been in awe and blessed by it, as well as countless others who he inspires along with spicer, brad, jake, j-bro, and whomever hes playing with, he gives all glory to the one who gave him his abilities and inspires me in the process.

not only that but my grandma who i love texted me to try and reach me cause im soooo bad about calling... i love you grandma im calling you today!! i miss my sister so much and thank god for her. My doofus brother, his beautiful wife lauren, and their awesome kid whos trying to follow uncle sam and be the biggest one in the family, atta kid (www.laurengyorfi.blogspot.com). i could go on and on...

i feel so loved and blessed today. and if this just seemed like bragging... too bad. Jesus loves me the best (yeah, i said it bastardo...). ok he loves me the same as you... but right now it feels like it.
